• Test Different Fingers
We recommend wearing the Nova Ring on your index, middle, or ring finger—these offer the best accuracy for heart rate, HRV, and sleep tracking. Try the sizing kit on both hands to see which finger and hand give you the most secure, comfortable fit.
• When in Doubt, Size Up
Finger size changes throughout the day due to activity, hydration, and temperature. To avoid a too-tight fit, we suggest choosing the slightly larger size, especially on your smallest recommended finger. The ideal fit slides over the knuckle with a little resistance and stays in place. Give your hand a shake—if the ring slips off, try a smaller size. Wear the sizing ring for a day or two to be sure.
