Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will activate within 24 hours). Please note: this may take longer during special events or holidays. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update. If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

6.1    If you contact us promptly after purchase, we can cancel your order for you.

6.2   If your payment is completed and the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before your item is delivered. We will provide you with a full refund.

6.3  Once the package is shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
