

Replacement Details
1. The replacement ring does not include accessories, only the ring itself. The size and color of the new ring will be the same as the original ring. The charging case cannot be exchanged.
2. A shipping fee of $10 is required for each replacement ring.
3. For safety reasons, the old ring will become invalid 30 days after shipment.

5. If the user replaces the ring during the warranty period, the user's RingConn Care+ will transfer to the new ring by entering the original ring's serial number (SN) and activation code in the app.
6. Users can check the status of their NovaRing Care+.
7. If the user returns the ring within 14 days according to RingConn's official return policy, they will be eligible for a refund of NovaRing Care+. However, if the return period has expired or the user has already used NovaRing Care+ for a replacement, a refund will not be possible.
