1. Definition of Products and Purchase Channels
Products referenced in our policy pertain to items listed on Novaring.com. We exclusively sell and ship products to end-user customers. Only products purchased directly from Novaring.com are eligible for returns and refunds. Items purchased through other retailers must adhere to their specific return and refund policies.
2. Sizing Kit
Sizing kits are considered consumables and are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you cancel an order after the sizing kit has been shipped, a $10 USD fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded. (The sizing kit is free as the payment made is fully applied towards the purchase of the Nova Ring.)
3. Purchase Recommendations
To ensure you find the most suitable ring size and receive accurate data and insights from the Nova Ring App, we recommend purchasing directly from our website. Each purchase includes a free sizing kit if you are unsure of your ring size. The sizing kit is customized to Nova Ring's measurements, which align with standard U.S. ring sizes.
If you already know your Nova Ring size from a family member or friend, you can directly select the size when placing an order on our site (using the sizing kit is advised).
You can submit size information via the order page in your account, allowing you to cancel the order until the size is confirmed. Once the sizing kit has been received and a size submitted, the order cannot be canceled.
We recommend trying on the ring upon receipt to confirm that the size is correct and matches the submitted size information before activating the ring. Keeping the packaging and accessories intact helps expedite return or exchange approvals.
4. Return Policy
Our policy does not support returns or exchanges without valid reasons within 7 days. Valid return reasons include:
4.1 The product was defective or damaged upon delivery.
4.2 The product specifications delivered do not match your order.
4.3 The product received differs significantly from the description provided at the time of purchase.
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
· The product is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
· If there is a defect, damage, or discrepancy, include photos to support your claim.
· Submit a return request to our customer service team using the provided contact information within 7 calendar days of delivery. Our team will review the request for eligibility. If approved, you have 7 calendar days to return the product to the designated address.
· The product must be repackaged with all accessories and documentation included.
Please Note:
Returns without valid reasons within 7 days are not supported. You are responsible for all costs related to returning the product. Shipping fees, handling charges, and taxes paid are non-refundable unless the return is due to product defects, damage, or non-conformance, with supporting photos and descriptions provided in advance.
5. Exchange Policy
If the product is in its original condition, unopened, and unused, and you wish to exchange it for a different size or color, we recommend submitting a return request and placing a new order.
You are responsible for all return-related costs. Paid shipping fees, handling charges, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to product defects, damage, or non-conformance, supported by photos and descriptions provided in advance.
The terms of the “Novaring.com Return and Exchange Policy” apply in such cases.
6. Handling Damaged Items from Shipping
Please note that compensation policies vary by courier:
● If possible, report any damage to the delivery representative before accepting the package and inquire about the claim process.
● If the package has already been accepted, take photos showing the damage and contact the courier's local office to report it. Compensation may be available based on their policy.
● Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will liaise with the courier, and if compensation is received, it will be passed on to you.
7. Using Original Packaging for Returns
We recommend using the original or suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection for returned products. Upon receiving returned items, we will inspect for damage, contamination, wear, or missing parts. We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund if any issues are detected.
8. Information Requirements for Returns or Exchanges
8.1 We cannot process a return or exchange without the original order number.
8.2 You can find the order number by logging into "My Account" on Novaring.com or searching for the order confirmation email sent at the time of purchase.
8.3 If the order number is still not found, contact our team through Novaring.com, providing your email address used at purchase, current ring model, and size.
Note: If the ring was purchased as a gift, please provide the email address used to place the order.
9. Return Address

Note: A return shipping label will be provided after approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted at the warehouse, and refunds will not be processed, which may result in loss at your expense.
10. Order Cancellations
You can cancel a paid order before the product is packaged and prepared for shipping. Submit a cancellation request to our customer service team, and we will process your refund promptly upon receipt of the request. Contact: support@novaring.com.
11. Refund Policy
A full refund includes the total order amount if the product is returned under the conditions outlined in the “Nova Ring Return Policy.” Partial refunds may be provided if:
• Damage, contamination, wear, or missing parts are found upon return, with deductions applied unless disclosed in the return request.
• For bundled products or gifts, we recommend returning all items; otherwise, a proportional charge or deduction may apply.
• Return fees, paid shipping charges, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to defects, damage, or non-conformance, with supporting photos provided in advance.
12. Processing Time and Refund Method
Refunds will be processed promptly after receipt of the returned product or proof of return and will be made to the original payment method within 30 days. Refunds cannot be transferred to other cards or bank accounts and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank's processing time. If you do not see the refund transaction within a week of receiving the confirmation email, contact your bank or support@novaring.com.
13. Warranty Policy
All original components of new products are covered under a one-year warranty. If damage is due to a defect in craftsmanship, Nova Ring will repair, replace, or refund the item.
Note: The warranty does not cover :
• Improper use or handling.
• Maintenance contrary to the product instructions.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Natural battery aging.
• Accidental damage.
• Unreceived packages.
14. Handling Unreceived Packages
If a package shows as delivered but has not been received, check with neighbors or verify with the courier using the tracking number. Provide any supporting photos or documents to us for assistance. For any issues, please contact support@novaring.com.
