1. Delivery Times
1.1 Processing/Shipping Time
After you place an order and complete payment, we will process and ship it within the next 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend may experience delays. Our warehouse operates during standard business hours, from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In such cases, we take all reasonable measures to minimize shipping delays.

2. Taxes and Duties

4. Delay Resolution
4.1 Causes of Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, holiday traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Solution:
- In case of a delay, we will notify you via email and make every effort to resolve the issue quickly to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
• If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@novaring.com. We will follow up with the shipping provider and work to resolve the issue promptly. We appreciate your understanding and support.
5. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note: the tracking number may take 24–48 hours to activate. This may take longer during special events or holidays. If you’re unable to track your shipment, please contact us—we’ll resolve the issue within 48 hours.
6. Order Cancellation
6.1 If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we may be able to cancel your order.
6.2 If your payment has been completed but your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.
6.3 Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
