Pro Tips for Sizing
• Go for the bigger
Finger size fluctuates throughout the day due to temperature, activity, and hydration. To ensure a comfortable fit, we recommend choosing a slightly larger size to avoid a too-tight fit, even on the smallest of the three recommended fingers (the ring finger). The ideal size allows the ring to slide over your knuckle with slight resistance while staying securely in place. Shake your hand—if the ring slips off, try a smaller size. Wear the sizing kit for two days to find your perfect fit.
• Test different fingers
We recommend wearing it on your index, middle, or ring finger. These fingers provide the best contact for heart rate, HRV, and sleep tracking. Try it on both hands to see which provides the best fit.
